Not really. AA batteries and rechargeable AA batteries last way longer than the PS4 controller. My PS4 controller starts dying after 3 hours on full use. Maybe it would be less shit if you could shut the dumb ass gimmicky light off on it, but you can't. Also, batteries lose charge over time. When they die in an Xbox controller, you spend 5 bucks on new rechargeables and replace them. If the internal battery dies in a PS4 controller, you have to buy a new controller. If you bought a laptop and they told you that you could never replace the battery in it, and if anything happened to it you would have to buy a whole new computer, would you still buy it? Probably not.

Money doesn't always mean it does the job better, in fact the only problem with mine was that it was packaged in a way that it had a crease but it was fine after I laid it out :) I'm just saying there's way cheaper alternatives for mouse pads since they're so simple

Not a bad idea actually, but I'm broke and don't like to play a game on lowest graphics and still get barely 30 frames, so i play console so it looks amazing (considering I've never really played a game on ultra settings) and has a (mostly) solid framerate, and another thing is that I have no room to put this stationary gaming computer even if I could afford it, so for a budget the size of a dehydrated pea then a console is better than a PC, PC's are better IF you have the money to buy everything for it but if you're broke (like me) then a console is the way to go
