(Closer to a bank). 2) Boots of Lightness/Spottier cape - Good alternative weight reduction equipment to graceful. 3) 75 Combat - Konar (slayer master). 4) Farming patches. Herb runs are good passive income. 5) 60/70 Agility - Unlocks shortcuts across the map and allows faster run energy recovery. 6) Quests that unlock nightmare zone bosses - NMZ is good/easy afk combat xp. 7) 65 Farming - Unlocks farming guild for contracts and the Hespori boss. 8) Mage Arena 2 - Unlocks best in slot magic cape (imbued God cape). 9) Salve Amulet - Best in slot against undead enemies. 10) Slayer helm - Best in slot for training slayer (should be imbued).

Pretty sure you don't need to complete temple of ikov quest to get boots of lightness. Just head to the temple of ikov and slash the web and you can get it.

ya i was pretty sure you only needed to go get them, not even start the quest. though it will give you directions to where to find them so not a bad idea

I did Mage Arena 2 literally 3 days ago. You don’t need to do them all in one go. You just give them to the quest npc after each kill and that way you don’t risk loosing them all and starting over.

When doing mage arena 2, I'm pretty sure you can trek back and give each heart to Kolodion as you obtain it since it cannot be banked.

For anyone nervous about Mage Arena 2, don’t be. I did it immediately after getting 75 magic and didn’t have too much trouble with it after looking at a guide. Also, the items you get from each individual boss can be given to Kolodion in between kills so it does not have to be done all in one go. You can restock on supplies after dropping off an item to him.

He says you have to do the whole thing over again if you lose the Imbued cape but once the mini quest is complete you only need to kill one boss for another ex: if you want sara cape just need to kill sara

berserker ring (i) is definitly an item to go for as in most cases it gives +2 max hit, alot of new player would underestimate the +2 max hit but its actually so useful

The boots of lightness do not require you to complete or even start the Temple of Ikov quest. They require you to have a light source and a slash weapon or knife, but that's it.

agree with everything here but Mage Arena 2 is pretty easy during non-peak hours. I did it with 75 mage and 60 def and only died suiciding to the bosses to bank quickly.

This is right. It is dropped on the ground below where you die. Thus, abyss running with Graceful is safe :) Died twice with full set on already.

yes you do and you only need 45 farming to enter the guild, however at 65 you unlock more patches inside the guild

I would argue it is. The rings are a huge time save, and provide one of the closest teleports to a fairy ring. This is useful beyond the scope of slayer. The slayer helmet is good, but only really useful at a few locations. Both are good though.

Slayer helm is more QoL. It offers the same bonuses as a black mask + the headgear pieces needed for some slayer tasks.

@@FlippingOldschool An advantage of the slayer helm that is rarely mentioned is that it only weighs 2.2 kg compared to the 10+ kg on black mask. Im doing mostly wildy slayer so this became pretty important to me^^
