IIIT Jabalpur is far better than IIIT Lucknow. First it is completely government funded like IIIT Ahmedabad and students can also get broader exposure to other streams like mech and smart manufacturing. Most of the IIITs you do not get any exposure other than computers

IIIT-D is not pvt institute, it is rather the only IIIT of india fully established by the state government, hence the first I is indraprastha(ancient name of DELHI region).
