The facial features like *dark eyebrows, thicker lips, thicker body, etc aren't considered as "pretty"* to them. Hence they won't prefer such features as beautiful in women. So in their pov, *Dilraba will always be one of the most beautiful women.* Other places of the world likes other facial features, hence they'd prefer *non Chinese* ones more. So that person is just as right as others. There is no such thing as "only this is actual or true beauty". It's like saying "only hot water tastes best, not cold water". The words "personal preference" and "best" never go together.
