I'm not gonna go through all comments but I just wanna point out that the Spider anime isn't how you described it. The girl herself doesn't get reincarnated as a spider, the classroom the kids died and were reincarnated from had a spider in it. The girl in question was actually a God of sorts of this other world and what she did was put part of her own soul with the spider's because this way the other God's wouldn't get mad at her.
