What a loss when Liliane Baels, second wife of King Leopold III, sold Queen Elizabeth's Cartier bandeau diamond scroll diadem! She sold it back to Cartier in 1987 without asking or telling King Baldouin. We'll never see it in the Belgian Royal family! What an evil and mean woman! She didn't need any money!
