As far as the headlamp goes, my son has two. Our power went out while finishing dinner one night. He gave me one and I was able to do the dishes with no problem! lol. yes, I looked ridiculous but my kitchen was clean.

This video was awesome! About those glasses, girl let me tell you, they work!! I am on the computer from sunrise to sunset, 7 days a week. I felt my eyesight started changing, I started getting headaches, dry eyes, and spasms on my eyelids. One day I found out about these type of computer glasses and I ordered some. They weren't cheap ($90) but I didn't care, I needed to protect my eyes. As soon as they arrived I put them on and by that night I noticed my eyes weren't so tired. I kept using them and the headaches stoped, the eye spasms stoped, the dry eyes stoped, and I felt so much better. Now I won't use any device without having them on. I can not stress this enough, people need to start protecting their eyes around blue light emitting devices.

If you are into oils, save your bottles from oils put them in Epson salt in a glass jar for 24 hrs. Clean the bottles and all you need to do is buy the toppers and they work so much better. Yes more videos on Essential Oils.
