Sam is amazing! I think few put on a life performance as energetic as him also. Arguably though.... I think the whole limp bizkit band where awesome at their individual crafts. They get a lot of stick because of Fred, BUT also at the same time.... Cant imagine any one else fronting that band with such success! what a band!!!

Now it seems Fred has grow and matured as a person (form one can see on interviews, of course) and he's a great frontman who knows how to put on a show. I like his melodic voice also, he's not a bad singer. Limp Bizkit wouldn't be Limp Bizkit without Fred. That said, of course each of the band members are phenomenal musicians.

Reading on the history of te band it seems like he always hustled to get gigs for them. And agreed on his singing, I think “The One” is a super underrated track

I’ve always loved LB, I know Chocolate Starfish by heart. LB gets so much hate, but they have some absolute gems. Musically they did something unique and special. When I moved to JAX I would ask any musician and music store employee if LB we’re looked at as hero’s in the 2000’s, and I heard so many stories about Bizkit fro mute early days. This video is a true gem and I’m glad this video exist because it just shows how unique Bizkit were and are.

Sam Rivers is so underrated, legit underrated. Watch the rush on how you're playing these though, there's no need to push them so much. Sam has such a chilled style it's unreal. Also n2gether now isn't Sam :) you should add another actual another song of his!

Great playing fellow bassist! I see you tuned down your bass 3 half-steps down. It's incredibly convenient. I play LB songs on a standard GDAEB tuning, so the open C# is a 2nd fret of 5th, sometimes inconvenient, but thinking to do same tuning as you. Do you use default strings? or larger string size?

I don't wanna be that guy but you need a lot more practice on Sam's playing and Limp in general. You're skipping out entire notes in segments and not adding the delicate little intricacies in the bass lines. Try again in a while.
