Apple: diamagnetism of water (reason for repulsion) 3. needles: Curie temperature is reached because of heat 4. match: the chemical process forming the flame creates ferrimagnetic magnetites (iron rust) 5. magnetic cannon: release of potential energy you first put in the system by building it like that 6. magnetic paste: available on amazon, ebay... 7. toner black: again partially magnetites with a size of around 10 micrometer 8. laptop: obvious. Fun fact: most data can not be deleted with magnets, even the old ones have magnetic shielding (permalloy) 9. Magnet losing property. Again the Curie temperature is exceeded, Neodym magnets only have 300°C. The magnetism won't come back easily. it has to be heated in the field of a bigger magnet and cooled down in that field. I'd say the matches one is because of the carbonification ? And the alcohol one is not mixing with the printer ink so you can see the printer be pulled because of the iron in it. The cylinder thing is tricky I'd guess it has to do with resonance.

Uh, it was a suggestion to maybe make this channel better?? People like me aren't interested with physics and stuff and this video intrigued me because of how interesting they make it look like and they have a chance to improve their channel by being more informative instead of just showing "Look what I just did!". You're saying "basics" as if everyone knows or remembers about the "basics". I forgot most of the things I learned in school and my current job has nothing to do with most of the stuff I learned in school. And this kind of videos help me to "escape" my daily business for a while by showing how interesting it is. If I showed some incredible/cool tricks that you had never known/seen, you'd be very intrigued to ask "how?". Would you prefer me to just tell you something informative like "oh it happened because of abcde....", or something like "search up online, these are the basics"?. How would I sound like with the latter? Arrogant? If people knew about these, why had they shown interest, excitement, or amazement in the comments section? Because "these are the basics"? I'll tell you what, people are still interested in the "basics" because they DIDN'T know the basics, or they needed a refreshment. "Basics of video editing", "basics of swimming", "basics of computer", "basics of music".
