It's true, I used to run Mugen tournaments with AI controlled characters. It was fun to just see storylines develop, see champions arise and fall, that kinda stuff.

This really takes me back man. As kids we took our marbles insanely seriously!!! We played for keepsies, lol. Nothing sucked more than losing your most prized shooter! We gambled with our marbles, collected them, traded them, bought and sold them. From the ages of about 6 to 14 or so I always had at least 1 marble in my pocket. The good old days lol!

I am completely mesmerized by these marble races and yet I only just discovered them a couple of days ago. This stuff is amazing! thank you so much. I am so impressed by the ingenuity and creativity of the courses and the announcers are fantastic. I don't speak much French but the urgency and excitement of the French announcer is wonderful and the English speaking announcer is hypnotic.

the limers went out way too hard on that 100 meter race, and they realised it themselves about half way through as they hung back to conserve some strength and energy, but then they got impatient again breaking for the lead way too soon with all of a quarter of the race still remaining, leaving them too exhausted to keep it up all the way... should have delayed that sprint till the last 10 meters or so.

OMG, that team pursuit race was the best one I'd ever seen. I was at work watching it during my lunch break and I, somehow, got my work colleagues, including my boss invested in the games and the narrative. So when this race came on, a bunch of us were cheering. It was so exciting to see.

The sand races are brilliant; takes me back to my childhood; we did boat races down the gutters... I suggest a need for a few jumps and drops though. If you're a dad with a young child, this would be a great project and fun activity. My mom just built me a backyard pit to play in; I remember it well and the countless roads for my Hotwheels and other cars. But the marble race is a wonderful idea. ; )
