I haven't heard of Madcap in a long time. I remembered he was introduced in Ghost Rider, but I don't remember which issue he popped in. His stares drive people crazy, an he is impervious to most pain. The only pain, that he was not immune to is Ghost Rider's penance stare.. He is very crazy, and he wants to feel pain l,so he wants to kilo or hurt people to get Ghost Rider's attention. It is like feeling pain is a drug to him because he is addicted to it.
