Rage ok, first. There are only 2 kinds of real quesadillas and that's either flour tortillas with any type of mexican cheese (not that yellow chedda/mozzarella-kind of crap) and corn tortillas filled with cheese and enchiladas are never baked, just never. There is not only one way to prepare enchiladas, however, none of the real Mexican enchiladas are baked plus they're not prepared with flour tortillas, it's always corn tortillas which are most of the time deep-fried. Finally, Burritos are not Mexican, they're tex-mex and that's not even to be discussed, anyone who thinks Burritos are Mexican may have probably been only to Taco Bell.

Nope, they originated in mexico, they just are much more common in gringolandia nowadays. And the way they prepare them there has little to do with the original recipes from sonora, hidalgo and other northern states. Although they may be established as tex-mex, they re an atrocity compared to the originals

+MrEliazar27 I'm a bit confused about your claim of being Mexican, unless you refer to your lineage and not country of origin since it's "de lomo" (lomo being a cut made of the animal's dorsal region/back) instead of "del homo" (which would mean "of the homo" and I think you know what homo means), "coctél", not "coctail" and while conchas are somewhat of a staple of Mexican breakfast (though personally, my family uses to eat them for a light snack or dinner before bed instead), they are just a kind of bread, which I would hesitate to relly consider "Mexican cuisine". Now again, your English doesn't sound to me as that of a native speaker so IDK. (Don't take any of that the wrong way, please I don't mean any disrespect... I'm only curious). Aside from that, I agree; the food they showed isn't really considered the best here or even "correctly" prepared on most videos they showed but for the amount of actual exposition the US gets to traditional Mexican cuisine, this was a surprisingly non-mainstream and well informed list, I mean, they even got the tacos right instead of the crunchy-shelled bullshit you usually see and mentioned tacos al pastor, and chiles en nogada, which aren't that well known outside of Mexico as far as I am aware.

It's not tamale... it's "tamal". And its plural is "tamales". By the way, almost every chef in this video don't have idea how to prepare mexican food in the right way.
