If it's the 101 r9 then no need to change him. Bale has a 3* wf so obviously it's not too good. Still a top card

I dont think gullit is the only cm with speed dribbler, i think Gavi also has speed dribbler, Gullit is better, but gavi is quite good aswell

Can u explain a bit why the work rates are important and what they do to the player

Think of it like this. Medium to low work rate is like being full. You don't really wanna move. High work rate is like being hungry, you move or work to find food. High work rate players automatically work for the ball. Medium will sometimes work or stand there. Low work rate don't move too much
