I've been playing on my 32x. The system can be bought for cheaper than the game, but you can get a repro cart for $50. There is a lot of hate for the game, so I don't think they'll ever do a rerelease. I, however, enjoy it a lot. It could be made much better if they remixed it ala Sonic Mania, and added more enemies and bosses, maybe even characters. What a dream. The music and atmosphere in that game is so fun.
