One thing you forgot to mention about Flap was the ability was used in the world first kill of Blackhand. Boomkins would use Flap while falling to get on the platform above the center ring on the second floor to kill the adds prematurely. I always found it hilarious that they did that, too

Glyph of Nightmares was my favorite glyph of all, minor or major. Not just letting a warlock's dreadsteed or felsteed run over water, but left a trail of flame on the water as it ran. I was pissed when they removed it.

A little similar to the familiars, druids can "tame" a critter for one hour with their spell Charm Woodland Creature. It's pretty fun, I get to save critters I might accidentally kill with aoe or rude players.

You can still use ghost wolf while dead. I think it's a baseline ability too

The Ghost Wolf Glyph is now base line and i believe roll is aswell as i have personal experience using ghost wolf while dead and i remember being able to roll while dead.

There was this old glyph for demonology warlocks before the rework that let you use a separate version of metamorphosis to basically go full tank, I can’t remember the name of it, but I do remember leveling up and using it to take over tanking if a tank left the group, or even more helpful farming solo content, because it turned your shadowball into a slightly weaker AOE, I can’t find any info on it anywhere but I know it existed

I remember in Shadowlands being able to sprint over water as a sub rogue, and I was shocked when I no longer could do that. It must have been removed way later than Legion, at least the ability. The glyph might have gone.

I don't know if mine was bugged but back in legion I used to use the contemplation from Paladins to change talents. We had a Paladin and I tested it in an Antorus raid, it's flavor text said something about creating a space of peace for the Paladins contemplation, and I was able to change talents. This being when you still needed to be in a rested area to change talents, again not sure if it was bugged for our paladin but I know it worked for my raid team in Legion.

My lvl 15 scribe during WotLK singlehandedly payed the cost of everything my characters (5) needed, including 280 riding... "Lay of hands" being the most profitable /Respect for that profession, good memories of mail collecting

Zen Flight is such a god sent for monks, because it's the only thing they have to consistently avoid fall damage, as long as flying mounts are available in the zone.

Glyph of Corpse Explosion was fun for death knights, and was turned into a tome bought from the vendor Dread Commander Thalanor (at the ebon hold in eastern plaguelands) he also sells the skeletal hippogryph for 1k gold.

I used to be baseline after they removed the glyph that you could sprint on water. No idea why they silently removed it in Dragonflight.

Not sure if it counts as "traditional" water-walking, but the list on #2 wasn't exhaustive: BM hunters can also water walk using a water strider pet exotic ability.

I made a macro back in the day that cast Contemplation at the same time as my pally mount, so it looked like I was praying my horse into existence, which was pretty neat

The instant cast water walking when you used ghost wolf was insane in PvP, you could outrun pretty much any other class if water was available, like on Twin Peaks for the horde side. Although you can still cast water walking while in ghost wolf, so it's still there in spirit.

11:34 Wowhead says Night elf Racial grants +75% increased movement speed. Video shows screenshots of the Night Elf Racial wisp form ability granting +75%. Classic WoW Night elf wisp form grants +50%, Wrath Classic it grants +75% movement speed. Hiru: "This 25% increase in movement speed is from the night elf racial called wisp spirit but with the short cooldown of the roll ability and the instant cast, no cool ability of ghost wolf the two glyphs of spirit roll and spirit wolf are for all intents and purposes even BETTER than the night elf racial"

Didn't druids have a random teleport glyph that worked like the engineering wormhole generator (but only in pandaria)? Quite useful actually. And the Charm Woodland Creature one was nice.

I'd say the Res Sickness change is iffy at best, as for max level players doing old content there are some niche cases where having Res Sickness would be beneficial.

#1 is baseline for both classes I play monk and shaman they have been able to roll and ghost wolf while dead since at lest shadowlands (I skipped bfa) DK can wraith walk while dead as well... super confused to why it was talked about like it's not in the game lol
