I jumped directly to the questions out of curiosity, and If these are actually the top 10 questions missed then those people are not taking the time to study the material and knowing it well. They are just reading a pool of questions, memorizing the answers and hoping to pass. To those in the latter, go ride a bicycle instead.

for the last FAA question, isnt it A? No where else besides that slide do i see that its sunset to sunrise. Im so confused,

Wow nobody answered. There are three laws about night in the CFR. The first one is concerning position light: Sunset to sunrise The second one is about logging flight time as it being “night” (for example a student pilot needs 3h of night fly time with a cfi): end of evening civil twilight-start of morning civil twilight (thats 20 mins before and after sunset sunrise in general) Third law is about staying current to fly with passengers during the night: you need at least 3 takeoffs and landings during the night… which is 1h after sunset and 1h before sunrise
