Anyone notice that in the first hand the display shows a flop of two hearts (including the ace of hearts) but when it shows the actual cards on the table it is an ace of diamonds? That actually makes a HUGE difference in the hand because there was no flush draw for Feldman and isn't as worrisome for trips or the straight.

And generally he runs bad, yet still won a million dollars or more in poker tournaments several times. He's had some terrible luck like in the WPT vs Tony G, and getting 4 outered by Raymer to finish 9th. But he made multiple final tables at the main event, hell he just got 2nd place at a WSOP bracelet event a few weeks ago, hes still good.

@Gunner Storm NO! BEFORE the River comes out, LOTS of $$$ has been bet. THEN ... WHEN and IF the River card does decide who wins, i.e. changes the outcome from the Turn card, I swear I lose 98% of the time. No more money being bet AFTER the River comes out, of course, since I already lost. i.e. already been "All In" so everyone's are turned up. Of course, All may not be "All in", but you get what I'm talking about. But if cards down, River comes out, I think I still winning, don't know if River changed things, and then I bet more money, then most often River causes me to lose, after I had it win after Turn card. GET IT? I'm not saying the River determines it, changes it everytime, but when it does, which is often.
@aspenrebel6 жыл бұрын
example: After Turn card, I have a High Straight. So bet, or call, or raise, whichever. So I have it won. Then River comes out and gives other guy a Full House so I lose. Wheareas my Straight beat his 2 pair before.

Plus the F**K*** screaming and yelling by commentators!, annoying. I hate watching poker on TV for that very reason....plus many of the hands are edited out which would give insights into why a player did what he did, or maybe one guy is tilting, or constantly making moves on 1 player etc etc....That and the commentators can see the hole cards...STFU. I like to hear the banter

"nothing there for Feldman but he is going to make the continuation bet" hes got a flush draw...something worth mentioning at least edit: ahhh, there was an error between actual board cards and that they displayed. no flush draw
They gave him a 0% chance after the turn card. Makes no sense!

Only two of these really deserve to be here. The KK preflop fold, and the Jacks full lay down on the turn. Those two plays are absolute pro moves that you could only make if you can read a table insanely well. The rest of the hands here are just long odds bad beats and other weird draws with totally normal moves by the players. You can find a million of those if you watch enough poker. They really aren't that interesting to watch, either. Anybody who plays much knows they happen. Trying to understand how somebody can lay down KK preflop and be right to do it - now that's amazing.

@DLGemma2 жыл бұрын
@@kylesillon1836 100% right he was. Flop doesn't matter. Only clue he could have was about his opponent's two cards. He figured it out and made a great lay down. You can never predict a suck out.

@richmondxavieriringan74912 жыл бұрын
@@kylesillon1836 at that time when he folded, the math is against him and since he read the other’s hands correctly, he did a logical move. Nobody knows what cards will be dealt so they can only rely on probabilities, anyone can say shit in hindsight but nobody can say for sure what cards will be dealt hence what he did was a good move.

the tom dwan hand definitely deserves to be here. its special because kagawa plays the hand like he has the nuts and advertises that position to the table. he commits to it on the turn when he reraises tom dwan. When that happens, dwan knows that kagawa has something close to the best hand, something like aces or eights. The special part is how dwan extracts absolutely maximum value from kagawa. How does he do it? by only calling his reraise extremely calmly and immediately checking after the river. its such a gamble from dwan because he is risking losing all that extra value from kagawa. he knows he has to commit to letting kagawa feel like he is in control by giving up all power in the hand. He has to make kagawa feel like kagawa's play of showing he has the best hand is working. And this gamble by dwan works out not only because kagawa raises on the river, but then when tom reraises to an all in, kagawa snap calls so confidently. that's absolutely masterclass. Only a handful of players could pull that off in this fashion this high of a level.

They got the first hand all wrong. There is no Ace of hearts on the table, it's an Ace of diamonds. I thought they had the odds all wrong the beginning, but it was the cards on the screen :P

Regardless of what the dealer flipped, that fold on pocket kings by O'Mahoney was such an insanely good call.
@joshuahitchins18973 жыл бұрын
Folding kings pre-flop requires an absolute insane read, and shouldn't really be done as it loses you money in the long run. Kings gets beat by only one hand and absolutely dominates everything else. If you're not willing to go all in with kings, you're missing out on money 99% of the time.

I spent much of the post-flop on that trying to work out: "why is Feldman at 0%? He just needs a heart! Did the other hands really all have the hearts in them that wouldn't have made a full house for Masa?" etc. Until the showed the actual cards again.
