I should have watched u before i started im now at soc/kvk4 28mil power and i want to restart even though i spent 50+ dollars on it. i always get wrecked. so my jumper account is really going well and im hoping to be succesfull on starting over since i have experience and pure f2p no more spending too much.

Does the skill damage bonus of suntzu and ysg's fourth skill effect the healing factors of other commanders?

They stack if that is what you are asking EDIT: Sorry I understand, skill damage doesn't affect healing factor as I understand it
