It is the longest, continuously worn costume or dress throughout history and also influenced burmese, thai, khmer, Lao and some Indonesian national clothing. Also hijab is a persian or Syrian influenced , deal with that.

I'm a Japanese. The Japanese kimono in the thumbnail image is not correct. that is the Chinese dress. It is difficult for non-Asians to distinguish between Asian folk costumes. You are correct. The pink one at the thumbnail is Chinese Hanfu. Btw, cheongsam, is not really a traditional Chinese dress as its invention is after 1900 and it’s mimicking Manchu dress not Han Chinese dress.

haha...😭😂 simple and plain... Hanbok has many kinds of skirts as well as A-line skirt. (전단후장형 치마(it means front is short, back is long skirt), 접음단 치마(folding skirt(?), tiered skirt, accordion skirt etc) Silhouette has A-line, H-line and Bell shape. Hanfu skirt is also diverse. (wrinkled skirt, striped skirt, box pleat etc)

Saree is comfortable depending on the material it is made of. Atleast half of female population in Indian wear saree every while working and some wear it even while sleeping.

@@JoanKSX It actually isn't. The women's ao dai is very form fitting and meant to show off your figure. The only thing really comfortable about it is that it's traditionally made from silk which makes it easier to move in but that's about it.

The Qi Pao is NOT fully Chinese because it is actually Manchurian and from the Qing Dynasty. Hanfu is what should be used.

In india in 12th class farewell most of the schools dress code is to wear saree on the farewell party and that's a beautiful decision 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜

I wore a gown on my 12th farewell but wore a saree on my 10th farewell. I feel more comfortable in gowns since I was always dressed up like that since childhood but I felt comfortable in saree even when I wore it for the first time. Saree is a really beautiful traditional dress.
