I've tried on the Nike ZoomX Invincibles. They r super squishy and have nice padding around the ankle area. I will say I ended up returning these since it offers little support for your heels when running. For walking they are great though. I bought the NB 1080v12 recently and they are amazing. Super comfy. I love the upper since they feel like the UB upper and am more comfortable than the original UB. I really like how light the Pegasus feels while still offering great support for long distance running. They run a bit long and narrow though. Had to order a size wide. HOKAN clifton 8 I've tired on. The shoe is great if you have wide feet however not even as close to comfortable as the UB,NB, or Invincibles.

The zoom x is by far the most comfortable shoe on the market. I have that, the infinity react 3s and the Pegasus 38s. I wore them every day for a year straight. I had intended to only keep it for running but it was just so comfortable I couldn’t wear anything else. Wore it so much the sole started peeling, ended up having to send it back to Nike as defective and getting a new pair. I work in the ER and walk about 40 miles a week and sometimes up to 50 miles a week and the only shoe for me is Saucony. I always try to buy their slip on shoes. I do have one pair of New Balance that are comfy but all my other NB don't cut it. Imo Nike are some of the most uncomfortable shoes. The other brands that I've owned but didn't cut it for me but work for my coworkers are Hoka, On, Altra, and Brooks. I need more Arch support than what these provide. My favorite sock is made by Puma but they wear out quickly.

Finally! An honest reviewer, who’s an actual person (LOL) and actually considers all the different relevant variables involved in shoe performance and comfort, starting with individual preferences and needs! In the end, it’s how it feels on our feet and on our pockets but mostly, it’s how it feels when we put them on, walk, run, and do everything else while wearing it, both on short and long term! As a former athlete, fitness instructor, and personal trainer, I’ve tried tons of different sneaker brands but my feet are “partial” to Nike’s…lol. Nike’s are my favorite “sports shoes” in comfort, performance, looks, and longevity. It’s among my least favorites in price though…I suspect that I’m not alone on this…lol. Not that Nike Outlets don’t offer good sales and reasonably priced shoes. They do! The problem is that, as soon as I try on a pair of Nike shoes that cost less than $80 bucks, my feet go like “Sorry…these aren’t the ones. Keep looking and don’t waste our time here! You know what we like and how much it costs! We ain’t walking out of here on these!” 🤣 After trying several Nike shoes in the “< $100 price range” at Nike Outlets, I always end up saying to myself “Ugh, sigh, duh, figures, hello??” 🤦‍♀️ Hey, at least my husband can’t accuse me of “failing to try”. 😂 Thank you. This was great! 🙏❤️

No idea how I stumbled across this. But the fact that there are SO many shoes to choose from on this list alone…this overwhelms me. Same whenever I go into a shoe store. It bas been a while since I wore sneakers. Since I am not willing to shell out 150+ bucks every few months, I have moved away from them, even though I like the look. I manage to absolutely shred the exterior especially around the outward facing sides and wear down the heels in no time. For me, durability and longevity are everything. No sneaker I have ever had lasted longer than a year max, so I felt I was not really getting my money’s worth. So now I only wear my Nikes at the gym. Everywhere else, during everyday stuff I am wearing Meindl hiking shoes, or, if the going gets a little tougher, Haix boots. Both are well north of 200 bucks. Socks vary between Falke, Camano and Lowa. Both shoe options weigh a LOT compared to sneakers. But then, my boots have lasted for 7 years now, and the shoes come up to two years now. Both are proper leather, they can be resoled and they are absolutely bomb proof when maintained properly.

This list came too early. Nike Invincible Run 2 and Asics Novablast 3 are also shoes coming out this year on top of the ones you mentioned. The Invincible Run 2 is just getting a slight facelift in the upper. The Pegasus 39 will get a double Zoom Air in the forefoot, so it should feel a little different. Also worth mentioning is the Pegasus Turbo is coming back. Given how loved this shoe was a few years back, it could crack this top 10 list. The only one I disagree with is the Adidas Ultraboost. The amount of Boost underfoot is no different than the 19/20 models, but feel so much stiffer. They ruined the shoe... and next year it looks like they are going full freak show with the Ultraboost 23. The stack height does seem much larger, but it has a big camel toe cut out of the Boost. I love the Invincible Run, but if you don't keep up at least a brisk walking speed, I find that you start to sink into the shoes. Good daily runners, but not good daily shoes. My personal favorite is the Novablast 2. It's a nice compromise between the Pegasus 38 and the Invincible Run. The baby blue CW with a bright red sole is a fire combination.

There's so many slept on sneakers that are so comfy. 2 pairs I bought recently from Ross(great place to sample shoes at a decent price) but I copped a blacked out Nike Winflo 7, it's a dope looking shoe while it's one of the most comfy Nikes I've ever worn!! Also copped some Adidas supernova both cost me less then $50 each. Ove worn the hell out of the supernovas, they only have boost in the heel.but their one of the most comfortable adidas I've worn

Great vid - a few of these sneakers are the "standard" cushioning model, some have even more plush versions. If you like the NB 1080v12, their "NB Fresh Foam More" line has even MORE cushioning and comfort, which is crazy. Same thing with the HOKA Bondi 7, Bondi is the Clifton line with a higher stack. Would also recommend the Saucony Ride 15. Doesnt look as great but ride is comfy af.

Tbh the boost it’s too soft for me as a runner perspective specially long distance. Maybe on slower jogs or 10k it’s okey.
@gilbertoflores7397
@gilbertoflores7397 2 жыл бұрын
Yet all the other shoes are also running specific shoes. Ultraboost is still an amazing cushion, which all other foams are compared to, but because we now see the boost as the benchmark, people are more inclined to want to think of them as standard and what's different from them, that's also new. You can still pick up the DNA line or the old models if Ultraboosts were more comfortable back in the day.

Nike zoomx invincible are really great, but beware. The foam is so fragile, the slightest hit, pull, scratch from the curb, a branch or whatever can fuck up your sole. It easily gets damaged. My own personal experience.

The Hoka does has a rocker in it. They incorporate a plate that does just that called the metarocker, which is why the shoes is so stiff!
@krcjayhawks
@krcjayhawks 2 жыл бұрын
The rocker has to do with the shape of the midsole - I think you're referring to either a J-Frame or carbon plate. The Clifton doesn't have either, but a lot of their new releases have carbon plates or J-Frames for stability. Love Hokas. Hard to go wrong with them.

For me very few shoes beat the comfort of a Skecher after burn. I have tried many shoes and so far those are still the most comfortable for me. I remember trying comfycush by vans and those were painful to wear. I also tried Orthofeet and my feet actually became swollen from those. Also I do not work for Skecher I just like them.

Yeah I definitely have to disagree with the fome runners.. the main reason being they are almost impossible to win in a drop. The majority of people are going to have to pay resale. Most of them are over 250. And I cannot recommend to anyone that they spend even $200 on fome.

Ditto on the 1080V12, got a pair recently, wear them to work (New Balance Factory Store ironically) and they're INCREDIBLE. Getting rid of the ultraheel was a great choice, and the foam is much softer than V10/V11. Honestly Fresh Foam these days feels as good as Boost used to feel to me back in the day. Can't wait to see what the Fresh Foam More V4 feels like.
