I wear the original version of Pleasures by Estes Lauder. I am constantly complimented by people of all ages. I'm a teacher and my students over the past 31 years always tell me I smell so good. The best compliment I have ever received from this perfume came from my husband. Light Blue has been my absolute favorite for years! I have issues with a lot of fragrances as they wear through the layers. By the time it gets to the base layer, most of them smell terrible on me! I love it in someone else and can't stand it on myself. Light Blue doesn't do that, thank goodness! I can almost always recognize it on someone else and give them a compliment.

I love this scent but it gives me a migraine instantly. Got in an elevator, lady wearing this got in at last second, went down 2 floors, migraine starting fast. I understand this does happen so if someone tells me it bothers them I go wash it off. My coworker can’t do coconut scents so don’t were it. My sister didn’t like one of my favorites so couldn’t wear it around her. I really loved Opium but could not wear it.

I love Dior. Not all of them, but most. I have Hypnotic as well as Dune. Both stay on me longer than most. Another one that stays on me long is an Avon line - Haiku. Anais Anais is a floral that I wear that lasts long. I cannot wear MUSKs as it smells bad on me. Doesn't matter the brand.

The perfume that has been my signature fragrance-one day at church a friend said “I knew you were here, I could smell you!! It is very long lasting And I always receive compliments when I am out and about. I’ve been wearing this for 40 years, but women of all ages compliment me. The perfume is Paloma Picasso. I would love to hear you opinion of this fragrance! The only other perfume I wear occasionally, which also gets many compliments, and is very long lasting even though it’s a much lighter scent, is Jessica McClintock. It is a very clean, beautiful Sent. I have had this perfume for many many years as well. So if you wanted to try giving an opinion on that one as well, that would be cool!I don’t think these two fragrances need to be categorized by age group… I think their timeless and I think if women heard about them, they would probably find both of them something that they would buy.

You thought Aromatics by Clinique has to be scrubbed off? Well now try an oud from Arabia!!!! My fave atm is an oud made for men but I'm loving it for me! It talks to me about so many things. La Vie Este Belle. I bought the lotion a few years ago, but last year I was gifted the perfume too. I've been retired for a while and can't afford to splurge much. Lite Blue. I love it when you first spray it, but it seems to not last long. Do love it, though. What can you do if you want the smell to be a little stronger or last longer? Nothing?

I love the original 70s scents of Halston, Chanel 19 and Chanel No. 5. Seems like they have changed the originals and I don’t get the same smell like before.

My very favorite that was discontinued. It was Flora Danica by Royal Copenhagen. It had a very spicy floral scent. I got lots of compliments on it. I found a copy but it was horrible and smelled very cheap.

Paris by YSL complimented but 1990’s 😄These days it depends of the season what I like, wintertimes more Ouds (Granado or Guerlain), or Ambery like Dolce&Gabbana, warmer season lighter ones like Joe Malones.

My absolute all time fave fragrance and signature fragrance was Rive Gauche, and I was so upset to learn that Yves St. Laurent discontinued it. One of my sisters wore Evening In Paris, another classic that Chanel bought in the 90's, revamped, and continues to sell.

I never had these myself, but I remember their names: Eau (de parfum) de Madame Rochat, and another one Acqua de Loewe (from Loewe). I don't know anything about them, or if they still are available or not. Unfortunately everything I owned, all my belongings got stolen several time by a very greedy Swiss landlord and Swiss Administration, so I've got no (s)cents anymore. 🤬😭
