from the recount of the lady who has summited 3 times she said that it is impossible to miss the just mountain of bodies that are unable to be recovered due to the sheer amount of danger that would be required to do so

K2 is a lot more dangerous than Everest. So is Annapurna. It's just that a lot more inexperienced climbers try go up on Everest & the queues are longer so people are stuck in longer lines. But that's true; K2 is being climbed by more & more people & it's not a good thing. (Disclosure note: not a mountaineer but love reading about climbers & other extreme adventures).

You should do a Top 20 Most Dangerous places so to include other places not in here that would’ve definitely made that list - i.e. Antarctica, deserts (like the Gobi, Atacama, Namib and Australian inland one), Iraq, Yellowstone National Park, Venezuela just to name a few.

The Colombian/Peruvian part in the Amazon is beautiful. It was a fun experience for me and my family several years ago.

I also want to add the grand canyon. There are spots out there where you need a permit to camp . Not only that it takes like 4hrs on a dirt trail in the middle of a forest to get to . When it comes to it, I remember when I went up there, I found a spot up there that was really close to a cliff. But the view was amazing at sunset.

@@zachtwilightwindwaker596 Yellowstone's thermal features don't flow cold water like you're used to. Don't touch any water in or around thermal features. Never swim, soak, or wade in thermal features. More than 20 people have died from intentionally entering or falling into hot springs.

As far as the #10 Mount Everest, I do get that it's prolly better for the video and what not to put Mount Everest there instead of other mountains, as most people know it and some other. BUT, last time I checked, and I doubt it has changed, Mount Everest isn't even top 10 of most dangerous mountains to climb based on fatality rate, which belongs to Annapurna. I think Mount Everest is 14-16 somewhere. By a quick google search, Annapurna has 32%(!) of their climbers dying. 32 out of 100 climbers! Whilst Mount Everest has a "very low" fatality rate of 6,5%.. So 6,5 people out of 100 climbers die. Now obviously more people climb Everest cus of how commercialized it is, but still, it really paints a picture.

the reason that mount everest is still considered to be more dangerous is not because of the actual climb itself but the amount of people that do make the attempt when they are not physically capable... kinda like a bucket list thing... but yes in the climbing communities annapurna and k2 are considered to be far more difficult climbs then everest

The 7:25 mark I’ll be video feature is the start of discussion about the DPRK, a country to which Canada’s Foreign Ministry has for awhile recommended avoiding ALL travel. The death of Otto Warmbier, as much as he was stupid to steal a propaganda poster, is an ugly reminder of the lack of due process, with that lack that I hope will one day be consigned to the dustbin of history. By the way, section 9 of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms requires a law enforcement agency to provide a justifiable reason to detain someone barring which such attention is arbitrary. I wish more countries around the world were to include that equivalent section to improve human rights, and also to instill a requirement on law-enforcement to provide due process.
