QC and distribution is Hasbro’s problem. They turned me off, and breaks my heart. Good calls.they can look pretty on camera, but in hand, ugh. I moved on. 😢

The biggest QC problems I've been having are bent accessories. Since they stopped using cardboard sleeves, pretty much. The not soft plastic guns started showing up bent and then they occasionally sneak in gummy, very flexible plastic for guns and swords, etc. My Shooter's long gun is better used for long range tickle torture! I bought another Blue Ninja 2 pack on a sale, more recently, and all the accessories were in cardboard sleeves. And sure enough they were all nice and straight. I do like how Hasbro has been giving some figures more guns than they need but, I still have to hope that I end up with enough usable weapons to fill every pair of hands. I'm fine with one with one semi-circle gun to put in Super-Man's hand. But, not half the stuff the Classified line comes with. I'm too worried about sending back the perfectly fine figure to get straight weapons. But, getting back a figure that's as borked as some others have gotten.

Hey you can fix those loose joints on your figures and it's super easy! Just boil a cup of hot water in the microwave. Dip the loose joint in the water for about a minute. Then squeeze the joint tight until it cools. This hot water technique also works really well when you need to straighten a weapon or pull a limb or accessory off the figure. The heat just temporarily makes the plastic gummy so you can re-form it.

The Cobra eel was probably one of the easiest figures for me to get. When they was announced, they was on Amazon promptly. I was able to purchase 10, and then I realized I didn't want that many so I canceled that order a couple days later and purchased 6. They stopped being available when people started making too much of a fuss about them being only on Amazon. That ramped up the fomo and then they sold out.

I agree with you about Paulie. The peg leg and no articulation is disappointing when you look at Spirit and Freedom now that eagle has a ton of articulation and details two sets of wings. Paulie should have been articulated and extra wings

@@thesavageland8815 he’s a good looking figure but I just had issues with mine (a lot of people had the same issues) the glasses looked all wonky and stupid .mine had the floppy ab crunch going ,he had super gummy accessories and his chainsaw handle broke as soon as I went to put it in his hand (I wasn’t being ruff I know how to handle figures I been collecting a long time) and he should of come with his gas can backpack like the OG fig ……ripper on the other hand is definitely in my top 10 tho

I scooped up 3 of them at retail price on Amazon when the pre-order sneakily went live. Even got lucky enough to get only one "long neck" QC mistake out of the three! The diver helmet actually went on well enough so, I kept it for variety. (The youtube reviewer that pointed out the "long neck" issue, theirs had a bigger gap in the length difference of the neck than mine. They even had it be a problem for getting the helmet to sit right because, of the hoses. But, mine didn't really. So, I was good with it.) I only learned the past couple months about a store called Ross and another called Ollie's. Where some past G. I. Joe Classifieds are stocking at like $6-$12 bucks! The would be the best way to army build if you could count on them all showing up there. I still want 3 more eels. But, I can't justify full price anymore. I hope those Night Creepers turn out good enough so, I don't regret the 6 I'm probably gonna buy right off the bat!

I would try a hot water bath for a figure also if you haven't. Let sit water for about 15 seconds. I also hear kikis oil will loosen joints. Just a little in the joints

I am nothing but regret for buying the Steel Corps. I canceled them on BBTS but forgot I still have one ordered on Pulse. They are useless. The guy as you said looks wonky with huge upper body and little legs. The girl would be ok if I could put another head on it. I was going to use one of the heads from the Marvel Legends Hydra/Shield 2 pack, but the won't fit without doing more customizations to it. And NO HUMAN head would ever fit in those helmets. I will never buy or own Falcon. He is far too embarrassingly bad to ever spend my money on. Unless they reissue him with an entire new head sculpt. I thought about using custom made head sculpts from many talented people on Etsy or other sites but I just refuse to give Hasbro money for trash. I did change Covergirl's head for a custom. And Very happy with it. She was ok out of the box, but I just don't like her hair sculpt. Face was meh.

Exclusives in this line have sucked. Ive enjoyed every figure on their own merrits. Even Falcon after I removed the paint from his face (it did wonders on his mouth and cheeks) but making it so hard to get major characters like Dr. Mindbender or eels? that shit sucked. alot of money blown.

Maybe costume wise, and that's probably because you can only do so much with a 3 3/4 figure or part reuse. But classified is a different ball game, and they should have given him a distinct look simply around the eyes.

Funny that you start with a figure that is unobtainable by Canadians unless you're willing to spend $140+ CAD to purchase it from the US. The Cobra Eel has to be the most F'ed up release in action figure history and proof that "exclusives" are a complete joke. I went on Amazon up here every day, several times a day to NEVER see the figure on sale, ever. I was able to "order" one but it's in complete limbo because there is no stock, not even Hasbro (which I also went to each day, several times a day) has ever shown stock and now it's delisted. I only started collecting in May of this year but from what I've seen... I'm completely done with this line once I see all the OG figures released. Hasbro G.I. Joe Classified is a joke.

You know what’s funny? VaginaVerse only released 19 figures this year 2023. Mostly repaints or version 2’s of older figures. Gijoe classified released 65-70 figures in 2023 and you only have been disappointed with 10. That’s pretty impressive. I have to agree the steel corp figures were not great. I guess I’ve been lucky with QC issues because all my figures have been great except for rock n rolls left ankle.
