My personal favorite is Eren's transformation in his first fight against Annie. I just love the despondence in Eren's demeanor culminating into unbridled rage as he transforms and slides like 100 meters across the ground, skidding along the floor, and then charging blindly into Annie. In my opinion, this was Eren's pivoting point and his most influential traumatic moment besides his mother's death. It was in that instance Eren felt like he could never trust anyone but himself to get anything done at all since his already weak faith was shaken too much by his comrades deaths, leading him down the path to become the dues ex machina villain we see today.

Eren's transformation in Marley truly is a masterpiece of a scene and I can watch it over and over. The music, the build up, the sense of revenge, everything about that scene was God tier. This is why I love Eren as a protagonist so much

She was more experienced and knew all her titan's abilities including hardening, not to mention that she was already better than eren at fighting. Meanwhile, eren wasn't able to cause her any damage, instead he broke his own hands when he tried to hit her which clarifies how he can't control his power and the power of his punches. Just saying that he didn't know if he'll be able to control his titan after transforming is the biggest disadvantage, but I get your point though.
