I would add a small asterisk with the speed up talent because too much speed might cause "speed clipping" for some of the units with LD attacks. Also, I think it would be funny if Ponos made a "target trait only" unit, but it had a 50% savage blow chance for said targets.

Everyone says fishman speedup is a bad thing but like, for me, sure it ruins his usage against maybe like 2 floating enemies but makes him WAY more viable as a generalist and rusher against more than just floating, so personally i think its a W talent and i have it maxed

That slow talent for Cyberpunk isnt technically required, you can do the same with just more cyberpunks. That being said a bigger reason why is probably because putting the slow on other units would be nearly as good since they either have way less range, worse targets, or far longer attack speed. Dont get me wrong it is amazing for cyberpunk and if it was talking abt just on the units it is on currently then it probably wouldve been on the list, it is just that the applicability on other units is a lot worse especially compared to stuff like far lower TBA, 200% strengthen and 80% dodge, which are basically good (almost) no matter what unit it is on
