As usual it seems like the prices in the UK market are well inflated compared to the US! 🤦♂️

It varies by set.. worth remembering that US prices exclude sales tax whereas U.K. includes VAT. In addition on sites like amazon in U.K. we often see discounts of 30-40%, in US it’s mostly 20-25% (unless it’s clearance).. what the ratios also show is that people in US likely pay more for the parts on BL than they do in UK so actually pricing on BL is more competitive over here.

I currently buy items to sell on eBay and have been faciniated by buying lego in bulk to part out like this. I have sold several lots of lego by the pound over the years. If I was to get into buying lego by the pound to part out what is a good rate to pay per pound to make sure I make profits on selling parts? Thank you!

if you plan on buying lego in bulk, then I assume you look at job lots of used Lego? if so, then usually it's very profitable but also very very time consuming to sort out all the pieces! It's important to look at what's in the bulk lot.. also need to sort out non lego stuff + then have a decent understanding of what's good (colours/ minifigs etc).. If you are new into it, then definitely do your research before hand.
