22:14 - 22:23. YES 100000% agreed. In my opinion not only was it the most iconic fight in the trilogy for me but also the one that changed the course of history for The Skywalkers forever, think about it. I heard in an interview from a very big Star Wars fan that in the fight between Maul, Obi-Wan, and Qui Gon determines Anakin’s future because Qui Gon is the father figure Anakin never had and needed. Throughout the whole movie Qui Gon treats Anakin like a son and desperately wnats to make him a Jedi despite what the council says. Unlike other members of the Jedi council who have been so detached from how Jedi are suppose to act Qui Gon knows that Jedi are suppose to love and care for others (a fact Yoda and Obi-Wan learn in the following movies) so when he dies from Maul it makes Anakin go down a Dark path, The next movie his mother is killed and he has no one to vent to except Padme, and he of course can’t tell Obi-Wan becuase it would have gotten him expelled from the Jedi order becuase remember they’re always like: “oh Jedi can’t be too emotional” Obi-Wan looks after him but he’s more of a brother than an actual father figure and this causes Anakin to go down the path he went through. Which is exactly why the song playing during the actual duel is called “Duel of *Fates*” it’s the fate of Anakin and which path he’ll go down.

Nothing from Highlander? Blasphemy. JK, but seriously, great list. Swords are my favorite weapons of all time to the point that in most of my series, my protagonist always wields one. Give me a sword over a gun any day.
