They keep churning out those garbage Snow White movies in order to keep the copyrights on their original characters. The fairy tale itself is public domain, but the names and personalities of the specific Disney characters are copyrighted, so they keep making movies with"Maleficant" (or whatever tf her name is) and the names like Sleepy and Sneezy. They are probably going to do this with every one of their classic old cartoons. Cinderella, Sleeping Beauty. I can't wait for the live action Bambi. The kids will love seeing Bambi's mother get shot so much more realistically.

Remember when things were original....and good? For my b-day a few days ago, I watched Alien, Halloween, The Fog, The Birds, and topped it off with The Exorsist. All original, all excellent, all wonderfully fun. It was a fantastic birthday...to be repeated next year. Thanks for the great video, I agree with all you said.

Happy Gilmore is the most worrisome on the list to me. Comedy sequels tend to work best when they quickly follow the 1st. So the can still capture the magic, the chemistry of the moment. Ace Ventura 2 & Home Alone 2 are examples of it done right. Ironically, these days I’m more excited for the bad movies so I can watch you break down & lose your mind for our entertainment 😂😂😂

Adam Sandler in Leo an animated lizard movie for Netflix was not bad. As for Captain America, there’s an entertaining Tide commercial that features Red Hulk that spills some Orange Juice on a dude in a car and the tag line is “clean in any universe” and I thought that’s clever, probably more clever than the whole movie. So yeah good job Tide, it was a low bar but you vaulted over that one. Gal Gadot looks amazing as the Evil Queen. They had to change the script she’s not jealous of Snow White’s beauty it has to be something else because believability. I think she is jealous of “leadership potential” in the remake. Yeah… yeah… not going to go over well but they had to do something Ziegler can sing really well but she’s got that kinda frog mouth when she’s doing it.

Yeah Avatar 2 was such a let down. I remember my godfather, dad and I went hiking and were talking about it and my godfather loved it. And what I said to him was "The visuals were amazing. But the story was trash, the characters were trash, they had an entire sub plot about whaling with the mystic 'life juice' that did not need to be in the film at all. You could not have said it better. It really did feel like the Last Jedi. Although I hate the Last Jedi more lol.

6:13 I have to disagree with you on "Flight Risk". I haven't seen the trailer yet but the movie deserves a chance just based on being directed by Mel Gibson alone. Braveheart, Hacksaw Ridge, etc are in the conversation for some of the best movies of all time.

Good choices! I've always preferred Sandler in his non-comedies. His sense of humor just doesn't jive with mine. Admittedly, it takes a lot to make me laugh in the cinema. Gibson is a problematic human being, but as a director, he's exceptional IMO.. I'll withhold judgment until I've seen it. They should leave "Dirty Dancing" alone. Its one of a kind; its success cannot be replicated. "Avatar 2" wasn't a step forward from the original, either in terms of story or technology. It was in some ways a "watered-down" version of the first... Anyway, I have no faith in the MCU any longer, and am mostly indifferent to future entries. I don't care about the rest!
