Travis Barker deserved at least an honorable mention. He played drums in The Aquabats, Blink-182, Box Car Racer, +44, Antemasque (with Flea and the guys from ATTDI/TMV), Transplants, and for Yelawolf. And I'm probably missing some.

What I think makes Corey more impressive is the timeline. Two completely independent bands, not one that got famous from a solo act or a super group, that had success simultaneously to the point that Corey was the lead singer competing against himself for a Grammy in 2003. Having 8 nominations in a 7 year span.

Wow, an internet top 10 list that I can absolutely agree on. Being a huge Uber Blackmore fan I was surprised to see him on the list, maybe an honorable mention would have been more suspected. But after thinking about it, his eclectic style demonstrating hard rock, neo classical metal, speed metal, blues, commercial rock and folk, then bringing up to the levels that he did, I can see why he is on that list..agreed also on Clapton being #1, Dio Groll, Paige and McCartney on the list too. Very well done!
