When I heard about "Wind Breaker" at first without looking at the information about the adaptation I was like sick it's about bikes and then I found out what it was really about. 😑

Sorry to disappoint you but if you like bicycle racing you can read a manhwa wind breaker it is great.

Ishura was kinda of a let down, feels a bit wasted, too much hyping and almost no good fighting. Also the animation feels really disconjuncted, like 3 different styles with drawing and CGI are being cycled depending on how important the scene is. Was still good enough for me to finish it, hoping the 2nd season improves on it. Too bad Wistoria has too much typical anime cons, like bland characters and too much fanservice, because the production and fighting animation are top notch.
