lol of course I know who Norio Wakamoto is, he's only one of the few voice actors where I would bother recognizing. Thank you for posting this, was surprised. Can you imagine him during his time in the police?

He's the ultimate villain voice. Dracula, Cell, Bison, Emperor Britannia (ALL HAIL BRITANNIA!!!), Barbatos... he's iconic, and I have yet to hear any English voice that can really fit his ferocity.

I clearly know Wakamoto. The 1st Wakamoto role I knew was the time he voiced M. Bison in the Street Fighter games. He also has voiced Cell in Dragon Ball like what #3 just mentioned. He's one of the coolest JP voice actors along with Banjo Ginga, Kaneto Shiozawa, and Romi Park.

My personal favorite Wakamoto characters are Maier V. Branstein and Stern Regisseur from Super Robot Wars. Maier is a reasonably important character in the first SRW game, plus he's very, very cool. When he realizes his fleet's going to lose, he tells his subordinates to abandon ship and then stays on the bridge. He looks at the heroes' spaceship through the window, says "Let me hear you roar, Soaring Dragon!" and smiles as the bridge is destroyed with a gravity beam. Though that's the manga version, the game one is just as cool - instead of the bridge exploding, Maier opts to burn with his ship on atmospheric entry. The scene ends with the ship's remains raining down on Earth as red shooting stars.

@Santiago Scarpino I kind of prefer Wakamoto calmer since he becomes less hilarious that way - the character is easier to take seriously when he's less "RRRRRR". That's part of why I want to watch Dancougar, Shapiro seems like such an unusual role for him.
