I'm surprised you didn't mention Gunblazer Southie, he has one of the highest damage bonuses in the game and syncs really well with Chaos Agent & Shifting Gears

You're missing Fragment Flurry Jess, for me it's the number one outlander, I use it 90% of the time, I dont use weapons, only abilities

I use fragment flurry Jess for 70% of my games but for fight category storm 2 and above I use mega base kyle...for daily missions buckshot raptor, Stoneheart Farrah, beetlejess, tactical assault sledgehammer... for dungeons carbide and for 1 season venture dragon scorch...and for 160 machinist harper I have all the weapons all the heroes beetlejess is the best
