So it takes a while to get infected, and in chapter 10, pony is gonna get infected. If he isn't, then he is immune like the player, OR... he is being controlled by the insolence like u can see in chapter nine, where he might be creating a show and acting as if he is really innocent or something...

I don't think the red eyes in distorted memory are the insolence, because we weren't introduced to this whole "insolence thing" until like Book 2 chapter 3 or 4. SO they might just be there because it's almost like a nightmare.

4:36 You can make out that Penny's eyes are noninfected (white with black pupils) if you pause the vid at the right time. This still doesn't confirm that Penny was supposed to be uninfected in that cutscene, since MiniToon may have just used that model, and didn't mean for the eyes to be visible. This might not be very helpful, but just wanted to point it out!

The "K" on the note in the alleys isn't Kona. The alleys only took place a little before the rest of Piggy because in the note it says Mr. P is trying to make a cure for his wife that is sick. That means that unless Kona used to like there and was friends with William even though they are older, then it isn't Kona.
