Cars was Pixar, CarGo was The Asylum, Over the Hedge was DreamWorks, The Nut Job was Gulfstream Pictures, Redrover International, & Toonbox Entertainment, Finding Dory was Pixar, Izzie’s Way Home was The Asylum.

I love Secret Life of Pets, but I was also kinda disappointed, just because the trailer made it seem like it was gonna be more focused on all of the pets and what they do during the day, it was more of "journey home" movie mostly centered around Max and Duke. The way it worked years ago was that some movie would get made and another studio wouldn't know until the release. But then you have these things happen involving creative minds thinking alike. That monster truck at 3:00 is a blatant ripoff of Count Spatula from the Cars videogame. Also how is it that the superb graphics from the 2006 film Cars look better than the lacklustre graphics from the 2017 film CarGo. I'm pretty sure Shark Tale's similarities to Finding Nemo were a mere coincidence, as production had already started on Shark Tale by the time Finding Nemo was released. The plots are also very different. I would have to agree that Turbo is a ripoff of Cars. Antz and A Bug's Life are definitely worthy of the top spot. I wasn't aware of the drama that happened between the two films when I was much younger, because I initially thought that Antz was released in 2000, not 1998. Since my VHS says © 2000 on the cassette and once on the back cover, while saying © 1998 very obscurely on another part of the back cover.

Never really thought of shark tales as a copycat of anything. I saw the movie as its own thing when I was growing up. As for Ants and a bugs life, they were copycats of each other outright. I grew up watching Ants because my parents had a VHS copy of it, and when I was 8 we got a copy of a bugs life. It was actually kind of fun for me to pick out the similarities and differences between the two movies, and I still find them both enjoyable today.

I think that Atlantis and Road to el Dorado are somewhat similar in concept. Both of them are set in cities with a great resource that are used to allow them to succeed, however an outsider wants to use the resources for the wrong reasons and the main characters have to stop each one from doing those things.

Kids movies are usually seen during childhood. Most adults lose interest in kids movies as they grow up. So, it doesn't matter if film makers use the same plot over and over. Because when they make films in the past, they create them to cater to the people of that era. When they make a similar movie in the future, they make them to cater towards the kids in the new era. I disagree with Ratatouille vs Flushed Away, The Croods vs The Good Dinosaur, and Finding Nemo vs Shark Tale. Really the only similarities between them were the animals (or setting) they had. The first two had rats, the second two had cavemen and was set in prehistoric times, and the third two had fish. Those are really the only major similarities. Otherwise the stories are vastly different.

Well, two of these movies don't belong to Pixar. I found out of DreamWorks and Pixar being rivals years ago. I enjoy some DreamWorks movies more than some Pixar movies. What a major coincidence. I now have Antz to be more enjoyable than a bug's life. I have the DreamWorks Trolls movies as my favorite movies ever, followed by the Finding Nemo franchise. I don't really know my least favorite DreamWorks movie, but either Brave or A Bug's Life is my least enjoyed Pixar movie. Newt from Pixar got cancelled due to some similar story from some DreamWorks movie. It's interesting to note competition between two movie studios.

A Car’s Life: Sparky’s Big Adventure was twice as terrible as Cargo, and it was shamelessly more similar to Cars. I feel like that movie should’ve been number one rather than Antz, because at least Antz is okay, not great but okay.
