We absolutely loved our time in Jordan! Probably the best trip we have ever taken. We unfortunately missed out on Aqaba, we didn’t realize that like the Dead Sea it’s pretty warm year round and that it’s some of the best scuba diving! Will definitely need to visit if we return.

@@travelyourguide hi, excellent shots from your camera. I'm a US citizen and I just want to know if once entering the Amman airport, can I do visa on arrival and what is the cost? Do they require a digital vaccination QR Code CDC card and it's print out as well, and a PCR (72 hr prior on arrival)? Do the custom borders ask for health insurance and hotel reservation? Other question. Do they have a Transnational Bus Station inside Amman Airport that connects all the main city routes in Jordan country? I'm not talking about the City buses or Express buses in Amman city itself, but buses that go directly to Petra and other cities outside Amman? What I mean, once arriving, just go straight to the counter ticket, purchase the tickets: 'first comes, first goes', and no need to make a 'one week reservation' spot. I mean, I supposed there's plenty of buses that go straight to Petra and no need to do a queue line. Is that right? I mean, I don't know. Do they have a ticket dispenser kind of the metro subway style? And finally. What is the best branch for currency exchange in Jordan? I've been a little stressed out, is just that covid thing that makes it a little bit more complicated. Thank you and I will be waiting for you reply. Have a great day.

Hey Maria, you can do Visa on Arrival (at least you could do before Covid, so better to check that) as a US Citizen. However I recommend you to do the Jordan Pass (it includes Visa On Arrival Fee as well as Entrance to Petra and other sight-seeing spots). As you will probably enter those, it makes sense to get that pass as it is cheaper than buying all those separately. Cost is around 100$ for everything. Regarding the Covid Regulations I recommend you to check with the Jordanian ministry website as these things were subject to change since we were there. There is a Bus company (JETT) that takes you to Petra and other places. Check my other video where I mention about those things: kzbin.info/www/bejne/ep-wZHhnipljf8k You can get your ticket with them and book for the exact day/time you want to go. As far as I know, they do not leave from Amman Airport however. We did not take the metro so don't know about the ticket dispenser there. Cabs are relatively cheap and I found it the easiest way to get into town. Regarding the branch for currency exchange, there is several official ones in town (don't remember the name unfortunately). Or you just use your credit card at the ATMs then you don't have to bring cash. Worked out great. Plus many places do take card. Overall, do not stress yourself, it's gonna be fine as people are very helpful and it's a chaotic but great country to visit :) Hope this helps! Have a great time and enjoy your time! 😊

Thank you 😊. A week would be too short to head everywhere unless you just want to speed through things.. I would say rather add a few more days
