You said to use import, and once report is ready, change to direct mode. 1. Why to do so? It will change back again to direct, so the import we did not valid anymore. 2. What do you mean ‘transfer to direct query in seconds”? You can't do it without deleting the import table and grab the new direct mode table. Can you explain?

1. If theres a business need to have reports with realtime data, then switching to direct mode is a better option, however we never start creating a report using direct mode as it can be laggy, so always start with import mode and later switch to direct query mode or keep using Import mode, upto you. 2. DQ to Import can be done in seconds by going to the relationship tab and changing the advanced settings, other way round isnt that simple but can be done, i will do a video on it soon

We can disable dynamic change of graphs by Clicking on the particular visual then navigating to Format > Edit Interaction when we click edit interactions then on the visual there three options called "None", "Highlight", "Filter" By clicking None We can turn off the dynamic change of graph.
