While many of the top professional volleyball leagues were not able to finish their seasons in 202, that didn't stop clubs from being active in the summer transfer market, and many of the biggest names in volleyball will have a new jersey next season. In this video I go over the 10 transfers that I believe will have the biggest impact on pro volleyball leagues going forward.

Great list! Only disagree on Sander as in club volleyball he never settled as the promise he should be (at Lube & Sada he was average). Think Trentino had the best transfer window with Lucarelli and Nimir

Zenit hired Bednorz coz he was the best outside hitter in 2019 VNL. Anderson chooses China coz of schedule conflict of his weeding preparation & other personal reason against club practice/games. It breaks my heart that Sander being the team captain US national team was not even part of the first six he's a bench player of PGESKRA maybe he's not 100% fully recovered yet.

It should be top 20 transfer, becouse im missing transfers like double world champion setter Drzyzga and Cebulij to Resovia, double world champion atacker Konarski and Lucas Loh to Radom, Flavio and Muagatutia to Zawiercie, Szalpuk to Warsaw etc. Anyway nice video

Video idea: A bill Simmons style comparison of volleyball club teams to teams from other sports. Examples... 1. 2014-2018 Zenit Kazan = the Kevin Durant Era Warriors. Leon = Durant, Mikailov = Steph, Anderson = Klay Thompson and Verbov = Draymond 2. 2017 Perugia (the one that won triple crown) = 2007 NE Patriots...won everything but the actual important final (CEV champions league) 3. Sada Cruzeiro in the 2010s = the San Antonio Spurs. All they (did) was win CWCs, but honestly don't quite get the credit they deserve because they're not in Europe 4. Poland in the world championships = the New York Giants. This may or may not be a low blow? Bartosz Kurek = Eli Manning. When the games don't count, they kinda suck. When it's the playoffs, they look like the best player ever. Not that Poland is average in the regular seasons by any means, but I don't recall either of them being favourites in any way for the 14 or 19 WCs. I specifically recall in the 2018 WC ppl thinking they were the 6th best team...until they shocked USA honestly, i don't know soccer well enough but I'm sure there are some interesting comparisons between what's happening with Messi, Barca, etc with CEV haha

Bad news for Matt Anderson -- Chinese VB Association just announced that 20-21 league will not allow foreign players due to covid-19 (and will be held in tournament format, not home-and-away). It's unclear what will happen to those foreign players already signed.
