just quick warning about the "sorcery" game, the game is VERY hardcore, it's combat is fluid when you get used to it, but learning in the game is a very hard thing to do, your CT is tied into a whole dream sequence you have to get lucky to experience and a pretty difficult obby you have to do to unlock it, black flash must be experienced at random before you get a chance to use it yourself, domains require a rare item and a not very obvious quest you will likely have to look up, RCT is also something you have to earn by winning a culling game, which unless you go on a killing spree, is a 20-30 minute activity that you have to survive the entirety of without dying to anyone ONCE. the players in the game are also RUTHLESS, you WILL get teamed, and you WILL get killed often, when you die you reawaken in jujutsu high and lose anything you would have gotten from the mission, this is also true for dying in the PVP area, so if your friend dies, he's gonna need a minute to get back because of the respawn, and if you die in a culling game, then i hope you weren't close to winning, because you have to requeue and retry all of it ALL of this being said, once you get good at it, the combat is fluid and satisfying (even if some of the controls are bad), RCT has a CRAZY well done animation when using it to restore a lost arm, and you can use rct to heal other players just like the anime, you also get to pick whether you're a sorcerer or a curse at the start of the game, my only complaint is that not respawning IN the pvp area when you die can make the game incredibly frustrating, because at times you'll load in, talk to someone cool, and then get killed and never see them again because you get loaded into another lobby, and just the loop of having to go from jujutsu high, to the train station, and THEN take a train through a loading screen just to get there takes way too long for the game to feel fun to play on the PVP side. The best way to describe this game is like if Jujutsu infinite had a baby with dark souls, it's good but it's not without flaws, and you should be aware of those before sinking a ton of time into the game

i think you just have skill issue or extremely unlucky cuz i was a casual player yet still fully capable of doing most of the thing that the game have to offer in the short duration of free test playing. The combat system isn't that hard to use if you have experience with other fighting game. CT dream is very common to get as long as you reach the requirements level, the only hard thing is the parkour but even that is easy if you just stop rushing and stop after every jump and wait for the dizziness to hit before continue. You can complete it in like 5~6 times of failling. Black flash is quite literally the easiest thing to unlock in the game since chance are you gonna get it before culling game, all you gotta do is literally playing like normal and you will unlock it eventually. Culling game, i finished it on my first try. All you need is literally 1 kill and then run ontop of the tallest thing on the map. No one can sense you up there unless they have six eyes or they are also hiding in which case you both can team up. Sure this method will take a long time but it is much easier than trying to fight against the entire server and then die and have to waste another hours of your life retrying. Domain unlock is quite tricky to discover withouth help but that barely take like 5 minute to google, the item while rare, it isn't extremely rare. you could get it within 10~20 mission. losing item, sure that is annoying. However most item you can get in the game is useless stuff with the only purpose they have is for selling. The few item that you can used isn't rare and those that is rare can almost always be use immediately or store in storage. A casual player could easily play this game and still hit max level and unlocking everything. Unless you are extremely unlucky or extremely unskilled, the game shouldn't be hard.

@charadreamer6704 "the combat system isn't hard if you've played other fighting games" no, it's really not, it's incredibly stun heavy and parry windows are short and punishing, black flash is pure luck, culling games is hard when you're NOT cheesing it by getting a single kill and then hiding, and as for domains, being forced to look up how something works isn’t good game design at all, especially not if it’s how you unlock a very important ability. I've played games like dark souls and sekiro, i know what good difficulty looks like, not forcing the player to jump through hoops just to unlock their basic abilities, especially not luck-based hoops

It was great when i played it on free tested i had ct a domain and was like 110 lvl i loved it the pvp was very good the parrying was clean it was so enjoyable but there was little content but im pretty sure if they made more replayable stuff the game would be great🙏

FYI, be careful with hinokami and yaiba, community seems to say that Hinokami copied assets and ideas from yaiba and then tried to frame yaiba's dev team for being the ones that were doing the stealing, as well as the dev of hinokami deleting DMS that proved otherwise with the main dev of yaiba. aka, maybe stay away from hinokami, it's devs seem to have stolen most of their ideas from yaiba and have been really underhandedly trying to sabotage yaiba for personal gains
