As someone who plays every position I have tips that I think could help too. As a WR: 1. Don't cut when you're already burning 2. When you're not burning, cut to directions where it's open, always outrun the db by routing. Don't just go straight when there's already pr. Doing so will just make the qb not want to pass to you almost all of the time unless they're bad. 3. Use the middle. I always see players going through the sides. This makes dbs often focused on guarding the sides and leaving the middle open. 4. Admit it when you make a mistake. This will atleast make the qb consider passing to you again. 5. If dbs does pr and doesn't give anyone a chance to burn, you're better off stopping and going for a short distance pass. 6. Don't stop routing till you're open. Trick your opponent by acting you'll go one way but instantly doing a zigzag to throw them off. As a QB: 1. Don't friend pass and pass to WIIIDDEEE reciever. 2. Don't waste peoples' burns 3. Don't risk by tossing to a crowd 4. Be patient and wait for a wr to route if there's any wr you know who can route. 5. Pass a short pass or just run it if most of your wr's are covered by pr. As a defender: 1. When covering a wr, don't just stick to them, be at a distance where you can make them look like they're open to the qb's eyes but reachable once the pass is coming. This is called a bait.

I've been a goat rusher for about a year now. i learned the techniques and learned to use the hitbox to my advantage. But to this day, it still annoys me when i see my team's cbs just standing still. A team is nothing without a good defense. And those players disappoint.

Another thing is make sure not to leave when you make a mistake. Just say mb. Sure you may get the whole chat going crazy on the fact you sold a play but instead of pressing the leave button and joining another server where you may do the same thing, try and make up for it. Maybe your determination to make up will make you play better.

thanks I’ve been making these mistakes all the time but with this tutorial i can cut the mistakes and start diving when I get close or jumping when I get close or kneel for the tb or saying “good catch” instead of HE STOLE MY PASS or fade instead of bombing every play or blaming the wr. This is helpful

I have tips 1. Get good. Be able to catch mags, slants where you have to jump and dive. 2. Learn to be good at routing, knowing when to cut and when not to, and knowing how to get open. 3. Learn reels this can be very overpowered once you get good. 4. Learn timing

number 2 is mostly true but not fully because the person ur chasing could be strafing side to side, that slows them down if you just run in a straight line you would be ale to catch up eventually but for the most part its a good tip

Bad players at QB honestly annoys me the most, yeah bad wrs can hurt the experience, but it's still better making great passes to people who don't want to try for whatever reason than to lose my spot at QB to someone who can't throw, I'm not a godly QB, but I can at least take the team to a win if the team actually tries to play the game, and if I mess up too often, I don't mind giving it to someone who happens to be playing better than me, I'm good at wr too after all, so if someone else is a better QB than me, it's not the end of the world, I'll keep playing

i have a tip for u: dont qb in shiftlock or first person. if you’re not on mobile, wherever you’re looking is where you’re gonna throw, helping the defense get a better read on where you’re aiming at.

Not exactly true I play in first person but my trick is that if I'm looking at one side of the field I'm actaully looking at the other side of the field. And 9/10 if I'm staring a receiver down it's bcuz I'm trying to lead the defenders so a specific place.

i remember just a few days ago, i joined an ff game in the 3rd quarter losing by 1, me and my friend turned the team around and we were up by about 25, the other team lead a massive comeback and they took the lead with 30 seconds, my friend had no choice on the last play but to bomb it, and i have never caught a bomb before, so when i caught this ball and landed in the end zone, me and my friend were so excited it was crazy. Just proves that no matter what the score is, unless your around 30 yards to the goaline, just bomb it

The stealing one is correct. How are you supposed to know that they are going to catch it? One time I was playing a football game IRL and the QB threw the ball to me, but it was a little night. (I still could’ve caught it) But I didn’t catch for fear that it was a touchdown pass to a person behind me. We still eventually got the touchdown, it it was a missed opportunity. If the ball is close enough for you catch it, catch it.

thanks for these tips, though maybe you should have added sportsmanship, work together, friend passing, and respect. for sportsmanship i always try to be nice to the other team but they are just highly disrespectful and say offensive things when we said nothing wrong back. working together would be planning out who catches and who blocks, like a premade play plan. for friend passing, just stop passing to just your friends, it kind of matches up with the complaining. for respect, i was in a game once and i missed a kick because my team did not block the ball, they called me bad and i said i was not, they started to run into the ball or move out of the way so the other team could block the ball and i would loose my position as kicker. but this is a great video for people starting out!
