Hey fam! No you don’t start from scratch again, you just request for another ATT. Usually they allow you to take the exam 45 days after the first NCLEX

Maryland is a good lace to stay minus some parts of Baltimore City but t be honest it’s not that bad. I lived in Baltimore county for 18 years I love it and miss it dearly I moved to Denver , Colorado and I still have not gotten to liked it . I miss Baltimore and Maryland a lot. There are a lot of Nigerians in Baltimore and all of Maryland too. Colorado is not as diverse and they are racist to Blacks . You will feel lonely.
