About four years ago I went over to my friends house for a sleepover. We went around 2 or 3 pm. And stayed until the next morning. It was around Halloween time, so we made Halloween decorations. Then, we went upstairs to break a piñata. After that, we all went back downstairs to eat our candy. When one girl, my friend that moved away two years ago, had an idea that we should go outside and play man hunt/ hide and go seek. A lot of people didn’t want to do it because it was 1 or 2 am. Yet others did it because they were basically high on sugar 😂. I was one of them. At first we went outside, and I don’t really remember what happened until me and my friend, the one that had the idea of coming outside, hid behind a bush. The bush that we hid behind was in the small forest behind my friends house. And behind the forest is a house that has been for sale for a really long time. When the person that was it went looking for us, I heard rustling in the leaves on the ground behind us. But I thought nothing of it because I was thinking it was just someone else hiding. Then, the next thing I can remember happening was my friend getting tapped on the shoulder, and her screaming. I looked at her, and started laughing because her cries sounded like laughter. But then I looked up and saw a man with a dark brown Afro, holding a pocket knife, and a flashlight. I stood there screaming because I was frozen in shock, and then my friend grabbed me by my shirt and pulled me from the forest. We both ran inside, followed by the others. Once we got inside, the girl that lives in the home screamed for her mom and her mom called the police. We locked all the doors, and closed all the blinds. We all went upstairs and sat in her parents room and watched tv, while others called their parents wanting to go home. The majority of the kids left, besides three kids; and I was one of them. About a half hour later we heard a police car come to the house and the girls mom went to the door and talked to the police. She came back inside to tell us that everything will be alright, and that the police officer will stay in his police car until 7 am. A couple hours later we heard a lot of rustling in the leaves and mumbling from the backyard. The girls mom looked out the window to figure out it is only the police officers. Soon after that, we all went to sleep, but it took us a while. The next morning, the police officers were gone because it was way past 7. We had breakfast, and I left. Two or three weeks later, my friend that lived at he house I had the sleepover at, told me that the police officers found the man. He was living on the porch of the for sale house and now he is in jail. If you read this entire story, I am hoping I didn’t scar you for live :) I also want you to know that this is a true story. :(

You probably won't see this but,I was having a sleepover at my friends house in Engand and we went to bed at 1am and my friend woke up to hear screaming and shouting . Immediately she woke me up . This was at 2am and at 3 we had the courage to look out the window and saw across the street that it was coming from inside a house . At this point I started to cry and my friend got her blind mum bc her dad was out working a night shift she looked out the window and said that the neighbour is an alcoholic and has mental problems . I have a scary sleepover story of my own. My friend was staying over at my house and I have a double bed so she took one side, I took the other. Everything was perfectly fine until I woke up in the middle of the night, terrified after I dreamt that there was a man coming to get me and my friend. A few moments after I woke up, my friend sat up in bed, eyes still closed and said "He's here" before going back to sleep. I asked her about it the next day and she just laughed and said that it was a stupid attempt at trying to scare her. We haven't had a sleepover since.

One thing that I find weird is that my worst nightmares occur when my two best friends are sleeping over at my house. Let's saw their names are A and J. For the first nightmare, I had dozed off for a little while around four o'clock in the morning. The dream was that A was at my house and we were going to my bedroom. She said she needed to go to the bathroom, so I sat down by the door and waited for her. I looked to the other end of the hallway to my bedroom, with the door open halfway. Suddenly, A's hands grabbed the corner of my doorframe, then her head appeared a bit above them. She said to me in the creepiest way, "What are you doing? It was just a prank. I'm in here." I woke up after that. The second one was even worse. I was lying down beside A, with J on the other side of her. I was turned away from them, facing off of my bed. I had finished reading a disturbing comic about a boy, who's father was a serial killer in love with the main character's girlfriend (for those of you with WebToon, it's called Bastard. I highly recommend it). The dream was that the guy was in a restaurant with A, J, and I. He smiled at us, and then I woke up. I saw his father, eyes black, terrifying smile, neck outstretched toward me on the other side of my bed. My reaction was surprisingly subtle. I turned away, covering my head with my blanket. When I looked back, he was gone. What I find even creepier about that, was I think he whispered something to me, but I forget what he said.

When my nana was young and sharing a room with her sister (Alison), whenever they would be drifting to sleep, Alison would talk about an ‘Uncle George’. She described him as a y’all man with a top hat and a tuxedo, who was standing opposite her bed. 50 years on, my nana was searching our family tree (she enjoys doing this) and stared looking really panicked and in shock. I asked her what was wrong, and she said told me how Alison would describe ‘Uncle George’. I looked at her computer and it shown a man named ‘George James Trundley’. He had the exact description my nana had told me and that night we were researching everything about ghosts, contacting my Aunt Alison about the situation, asking if he knew exactly who the man was. She said no and thought it was just her imagination. She also started that sometimes he would say stuff like ‘I look down on you, Alison’. From all this, we found a conclusion that George was a man who died in 1679, who looked down on us from heaven. To this day, my nana and I always tell the story of this to my younger cousins, remembering the day as if it were yesterday.

Here is my story When I was younger I went to a sleepover at my friends home (and she lived in a old Victorian home) and whiles we were making hot cup of coffee for each other something was outside of the window so we ran upstairs and left my other friend down there.Now my friend was never scared of anything but she was screaming her lungs out so she came back up and left everything down in the kitchen.Next morning we all went down into the garden and there were dead animals everywhere but the only uneasy thing was a old photo of a lady in Victorian clothes outside the house

I was once at a sleepover and I will low key never forget this story. It isn't a long one but it scared me so much. My friend always claimed her house was haunted but I never believed her. She exaggerates everything. We were all just sat there (there were about 6 of us) talking about whatever, we were like 11 at the time, and there were literally no windows or doors open in the house. So we were sat there at like 2am talking and the door full on flung open and I ACTUALLY CRIED. I was terrified and then to make things better my friend said to my gullible 11 year old self that her house was built on a GRAVEYARD????!!!!!! Wtf??! Why she told me that while I was crying, I have no clue. Needless to say, I didn't sleep that night.

I don't have any sleepover stories but one day I was asleep till 12pm in my mom's room (because I had a sleepless night and slept at 5am). I was alone at home because my mom goes for aerobics between 11am-1pm and dad and brother leaves for office and college early morning. I have a scary sleepover story... so one night my cousin ,aka my best friend had a sleep over at my house and my mom is a nice mom so she let us sleep down stairs when we asked. Then we were playing some roblox until half 11 pm so we went in to our play room (where we were sleeping) then ten mins later my mom said "what was that bang" me and my cousin were solo confused and my mom looked scared. So my cousin said this to calm her down "if somethings there we can ride the rocking horse around the room" I let out a giggle. So my mom went up stairs and me and my cousin were thinking what was she talking about we heard nothing. Another 15 mins came by . My mom came back down ... she said" what was that dragging sound" then me and my cousin looked at each other "what dragging sound?" I said . My cousin said " we heard nothing" then I said "was it in a dream or something" she left the room and walked up the stairs but. Right as she left the room me and my cousin were scared as hell. The reason why is we thought she heard it in a dream. But now we believe her . WE HEARD KNIVES AND PLATES MOVING!!!. That's when we went to sleep up stairs. My cousin and I ate before we heard every thing so he had a fork as a weapon and I have this sharp tree climbing thing. We brought them up stairs and we stayed up all night. We went to sleep when my dad got back from work. We kept on asking if my cousin could stay for another night. And he could. We were going camping in my garden ,i brought my go pro out side too but we brought it in to charge. We got pellet guns (bb guns) as defense . After training with cans of drinks and stuff we wanted to play hide and seek. I was seeker my dad was near by in the house watching us play. My cousin was under the car by the way... After 5 minutes of looking he came out and said it was too hot under there so we walked to the tent. He said " it was not hot under there. I saw a black figure in the neighbors garden standing there it was very tall" I know the neibours none are black and I know they were all asleep they went to sleep at 10 pm he saw the person and 12pm. We went back inside for the night . But we had the guts to sleep down stairs. But exact three weeks before we were camping. We camped outside or we were going to. My dogs leg was very hurt it kept limping. But it started barking at something in the other neighbours garden me and my cousin went out to see what it was... My cousin whispered "We make a run for the house." I said "why" my cousin said " there is a fricking white creature . It is very tall and skinny long arms and long legs and it was bent over near the neighbours car" so we made a run for the house. That's everything so far
