Hello, Lent is over and im back on social media ( you and Alexis). Just got the Marc Jacobs Perfect gift set - you sent me to Macy's to smell it and walked out with a 3 piece gift set! Good looking out. The only Tom Ford I have is Black Orchid (and the oil) it's the only one I really love. I'll have to go smell bitter peach. Just smelled the YSL librez, I like the lighter one, Macy's didn't have that darker one. I adore dudes is so beautiful- just smelled that at Macy's too. You spending my money! I don’t get the hype for Pac Ce Soir either. It smells cheap to me (not well blended). It’s probably that BDK DNA (that’s in most of their fragrances) clashing with that fruit. It’s a big no, mixed with a little wtf? 😂 Great choices! MJ Perfect is bright & happy (love the rhubarb) I rarely hear anyone talk about it. Now sis… you know Very Irresistible was my ish back in the day! I still have a bottle of Rose Centifolia 2006 and Electric Rose. I need to pull them out and check if they’re still good. The former was strong, but I loved it and my husband bought be a bunch because it was being discontinued. (I also used to love Parisienne by YSL) I need to finish this Sensuous Nude by Estée Lauder. I never wear fragrance to bed (hubs had a sensitive nose), but I might experiment with this. My spring fave is Amore by Vince Camuto (bought a couple of bottles). It’s a light floral, very pretty to me. But there is a note in there that reminds me of paper, but it fades. I usually side eye folks scent recommendations because some stuff is too much for me, but you’re starting to make me want to trust the process and try some things. 😂 (like Pallas Athene and Coffee Break; or buying a certain discovery set 👀)

Thank you ☺️💕 last Spring I layered Bitter Peach with Call of Fruity body cream from Soap & Glory (it has a peachy fruity smell) and Jimmy Choo I Want Choo. If you have a peach lotion just use that or vanilla. You can layer with vanilla 28 if you want it sweeter I guess 🤷🏻‍♀️sure I’ll try ti let y’all know in a video the body product with the layering combos when I wear them this spring 😉 I left the links for you. They’re pretty similar but Golf Coast still has the Bond DNA to me that they’re still worth having both got me. Golf Coast smells closer to Loubidoo to me.

The fragrance Discounters are the only place I will buy a fragrance that costs over $295. Or I will buy their Discovery set for $100-$250.. but there is no way I will spend over $300-$400 on one bottle. I just got a bottle of Creed Aqua Fiorentina for $200 off of the retail price on one of the popular discount websites. 🙄

I'm finding that out of Bloomingdale's, Nordstrom, and Neiman Marcus that Nordstrom is the only one of the 3 that has offered to give me an actual 1ml sample. I've gone to all 3 stores 3 different times the last 3 weeks to smell the fragrances I see talked about on KZbin. I haven't ask any of them for a sample at any time and Nordstrom was the only one to offer samples in which I received two of them. Not only did Bloomingdale's and Neiman Marcus not offer any Samples they frequently seemed offended and annoyed that I was smelling fragrances from their fragrance counters and at times I was accosted, insulted, and treated like a child at each of the two 2 stores. At Nordstrom I was treated with courtesy, patience, and warmth. The Tom Ford counter at Neiman Marcus was very good service but that was it the rest of the counters were down right abrasive and abusive.. Anyways, I just thought I would mention my experiences at these different stores when I have gone to smell different fragrances. Have a good weekend and a Happy Easter 💗🐰🦋
