Great video, my stream deck now has a plugin

As a plugin developer (for Stream Deck, Loupedeck, TouchPortal, etc.), the hardest thing is to get proper feedback from the users. I do create what I want as it's more of a hobby, but for others I have no idea if it works or not. Do you have any thought about how to get better feedback for features and bugs?

There is one called "Stopwatch" by BarRaider, assuming it is what it says it is.

I'm not sure about that one sorry, is a bit strange. I installed the latest version to make sure it still looks the same and can confirm it does still look like it does in the video. Try restarting the app by going to the bottom right of your Windows task bar and clicking the little up arrow, right click on the Stream Deck app icon, click quit, then open the app again from your start menu or a shortcut you have. If that doesn't work it may be worth trying to reinstall the Stream Deck app.

In win tools i cant install the profils that are coming with it it isnt installing anything if i press install profiles

Hey, there is a "WinToolsXL" profile installed by default, not sure if that's the profile that also gets installed when you press that button. It's empty for me so not very useful, but regardless of what's supposed to be in the profile you are still able to use the actions that come with the plugin, just put them in your own profile. If that's something you want to follow up with further, you'll need to speak to the creator of the plugin.

So regarding the Wintools App Audio Mixer. What happens if you have more open software with audio than columns? Does it allow you to "turn" a page by pressing a button or does it simply just display as many software as there are columns? I'm looking to buy the 5x3 stream deck, so it's more likely for this to be a problem than with the 8x4 shown in the video

Hey, yeah as you described it allows you to turn pages. When you have more software running than columns available, forward and back buttons will appear below the exit button

How does one go about setting up OBS Tools? It's asking me a for a password and i don't understand what it's asking for.

Hey, that password is referring to the OBS Websocket server that you'll need to set up so it can control OBS. New to stream decks, and have a question (for anyone). We stream our church services via OBS onto FB. We are considering a stream deck, but really want to keep the "PREVIEW" feature on OBS. Is this possible?

Hey, I don't usually use Studio mode in OBS (which is I assume what you mean by preview) but I fired it up to have a look for you. When you have OBS in Studio mode a new option becomes available in the OBS scene change button for the Stream Deck. This option lets you choose whether you want to view the scene in preview, or push it to program (live stream view). So yeah it's definitely possible, seems quite handy with the Stream Deck.
