Manaphy also has new Move i think. I think its called Take hearth. It got it in Gen 8. +sp Atk, + sp def and you heal yourself off status conditions. Getting rid og this tank with poison or burns is imposiible with that.

I don't think Mew needs a new form: it wouldn't make much sense thematically anyways. But, it could use a new secondary ability or Hidden ability and here's my idea of what this ability could be. Playful: When battling a legendary or mythical Pokemon, increase its base stats by +20% and HP by 50% as it goes all out. When battling a Pokemon that is not fully evolved, lower its base stats by -20% and HP by 50% by sandbagging. Inspired by the Mewtwo raid, Mew just wants to play and have fun on equal footing!

Lore-wise, Jirachi should the strongest non-Arceus mythical, and maybe Pokemon overall. He's a wish-granter/reality-warper. Jirachi could technically do anything he wanted and would be untouchable.

What’s kind of funny about Darkrai is that ever since gen 4, it’s always had access to Thunderbolt. Yet now in gen 9, it only has Thunder. It still has access to its old host of coverage moves, just no Thunderbolt. Overall, I’d say it’s still quite good (and good enough that it still isn’t allowed in SV OU for that matter) but it doesn’t hold a candle to many of the super mythicals that are known for there Uber Prowess. Also, come on Game Freak. Let Deoxys in a main-series title that isn’t BDSP. Let it wreak havoc in the Ubers tier once more.

I always used Melmetal for gen 8 competitive, and my god, this thing is a monster in trick room. I also use assault vest to help boost its special defense and further boost its HP. Pair it with Porygon 2 and you're ready to sweep.

With the release Indigo Disk, I was wondering what the best team to take into it would be. Since you can't access the new area until you've beaten both the base game and the Teal Mask, I personally feel it would be hard to justify adding new team members so late into the journey. And since Indigo Disk is all double battles (against trainers at least, not wild pokemon) I wonder how that might effect moveset choices.

The only Mythical I've personally loved is Diancie, since it was the only one that got a Mega, even if some others got their own alternate forms (Deoxys and Shaymin, for instance). I believe normal Diancie is fine, aside from its mid speed stat. I'd bump its speed up slightly, so that it could make use of those attack stats (100 atk & sp atk is fine to me imo).

Diancie is a pokemon designed for doubles. Its supposed to utilise truck room. Unfortunately its illegal in vgc. Buff its hp instead of speed.

I think Deoxys is the strongest Mythical Pokemon and I think Mew could use a buff like a Mega as it is still Strange that Mewtwo who is a clone of mew has Two mega evolutions while Mew the original does not why can a artificial Legedary can mega evolution while pure organic Mythical can’t mega evolve.

Mystic, you forgot one thing about Darkrai...that being what a threat it was for Ash in the Lily of the Valley confrence. Something that took out at least half of Ash's team deserves recognition, and I'm aware this is game-centered, but that's something that can't be ignored. Same for number 10 and Marshadow, since we saw how threatening they were.

Allow me to explain. Spore, while always accurate, wasn't as potent as Dark Void. Smeargle in VGC basically had access to an 80 accuracy sleep move that hit BOTH opponents. This caused Smeargle to be everywhere for a long period of time because putting both opponents to sleep on the same turn was insane for gaining momentum. GameFreak got tired of Smeargle effectively dominating the format, and thus neutered Dark Void.
