I really wish we got to see prime all might vs prime all for one, I can only imagine the damage that was done on that day. Two power houses going at it, all night with his power lowered was easily able to destroy city blocks with punches even though he had weights put on and in the two hero’s movies showing how much his power had declined I can only imagine how powerful a punch from prime all might was, not only that him punching all for one created shock waves that destroyed building and yet even all for one said “he was holding back” and “his power had reduced drastically”

For me Grand torino could also be top 10 He is super fast, all might said he is faster than what the eye can see and his feats are really op when you think about them. 1. In pizza raid he knocked out Dabi with a single kick before he could finish his sentence. The man could end the whole todoroki storyline with a single kick. 2. Later in that same arc he knows down 3 of the LOV members including Twice. 3. In the World arc he saved Deku and Bakugo from Shigaraki In a split second, reacting faster than the 3. 4. He took a punch from All might when AFO teleported him into it. 5. The best part is that CHADtorino is really OLD, imagine that man In his Prime

Prime Torino and Prime Nana probably deserve to be on this list. But even Edgeshot is arguable. Although many people forget and/or downplay the Vigilante Heroes O’clock and Captain Celebrity. O’clock was once shown running alongside and matching the speed of Prime All Might. And Captain celebrity has the capability to man handle beasts like Gigantomachia.

And given how Prime Torino man handled student All Might, I personally believed him and Prime Nana to be not too far below weakened All Might. Maybe more at Captain Celebrity and Endeavor’s level.

I reckon the gap between him now and him in his prime, due to his advanced age, is probably as large as the gap between Weakened All Might and Prime All Might. And I know student All Might doesn’t have any feats. But we know he could apparently use 100% Immediately. I don’t think student All Might is a great deal below Weakened All Might. Like I said before. I think I’d put both him and Nana around the levels of Captain Celebrity and Endeavor. Definitely high on this list.

Reminder: deku can’t even use true 100% yet, due to his body. This is shown when he could only use 8% against muscular, and his 100% at that time, was comparable to current 45% deku. The stronger his body becomes, the more it can actually use the true 100% This is exemplified by all might, where his hundreds of 100%+ attacks vs the first nomu, was equal to 3 of his non damaged 100% Once deku can use his true 100%, he’s gonna absolutely wreck shigaraki.

the fact that sky crawler isnt in here is a travesty, he fought and defeated a proto-nomu "Six" who had o'clocks quirk plus an explosive quirk, extreme regeneration, gigantification and more quirks and he fought toe to toe with him with a quirk whose capabilities he just found out in that fight itself, he's a natural born fighter and has so much talent that he subconsciously fights and reacts to harm towards him, he also lifted a full on boeing 747 on the last chapter and he's captain celebrities current sidekick, he has long range capabilities, he's faster than ingenium, he can fly, he has close quarter combat potential, his quirk can be used as a pseudo force field. Enji will still be curbstomped. The only reason he roasted weakened AFO is because the Quirks inside is rebelling causing his movements to be delayed and hampered, Hawks assisting Enji to boost his speed, two U.A. students assisting the two of Japan's top heroes not mentioning Tokoyami can damage AFO because his body is not surgically enhanced/modified unlike Tomura.

My viewpoint is All For One whether in his weakened form or in his Prime primarily uses his vast arsenal of Quirks to overwhelm his opponents. Meanwhile Tomura uses his near weakened All Might strength to pummel his adversaries. It is evident by the list of AFO's used Quirks meanwhile Tomura's used ones are few. Still, in my viewpoint 100% Tomura will still be overwhelmed by a weakened All Might, (if you will minus the Hyper Regen that is literally the saving grace of Tomura's ass in every fight). Props to AFO for just relying on his genius intellect, vast arsenal of Quirks and strength to be fight against Prime All Might. Additionally, even if Deku showed his feats using his Full Cowl: 100% against Overhaul, Nine, and Flect Turn or even if he recetly used the Gearshift, Fa Jin and 45% OFA I personally think it will not amount too muchwhen compared to the feats that can be done by Prime All Might. The author downplays the feats done by a weakened All Might by comparing him to the Apex Form Tomura or Overdrive Deku. My man literally changed the weather in his massively weakened form. Deku ain't doing that shit even if he achieved 120% now, even if that will clock to 150 my money is still on Prime AFO and Prime All Might.

His binding cloth is made of a strong yet flexible material to grab and bind enemies from a distance. Also, tape dude's name is Sero.
