In this video, I will be sharing with you my top 10 list of budget perfumes that fall under the price bracket of Rs 1000 to Rs 2000. They are cheap on our pockets yet they smell nice and upmarket. Opinion that I have shared in this video is my personal opinion. Also, I don't suggest blind buying of any of these perfumes as for each one of us, perfumes can behave differently due to our different skin chemistry.
