I can never really rank Supernatural episodes comprehensively. I feel like there's the list of funny/feel-good episodes (Yellow Fever, Bad Day at Black Rock, Ghostfacers, Changing Channels, Fan Fiction, The French Mistake) and there's another list of emotional/story-based episodes (Point of No Return, Swan Song, The Man Who Would be King, Death's Door, Pilot). My favorite of the former has to be Changing Channels because... well, Gabriel. For the latter, I think I'd say Point of no Return, as I thought the writing and acting were both so stellar and emotional.

Great list. My favorite episode is the one where Bobby and Dean lose years of their lives to a poker playing witch leaving Dean to be a grumpy old man. The man playing Dean was spot on and the dynamic with Bobby was so fun.

My current favorite has to be Baby. My previous favorite episode which is now at #2 is The End. I just love Baby for the brother moments, the music and the risk they took with the style but it worked. The episode might have been a simple MOTW episode but those are the episodes Supernatural was built on. I also love The End for both Jared and Jensen's acting in the episode and the fact that Sam and Dean reunited at the end of the episode. I consider Swan Song an episode in it's own category since of course it's the best episode.

Season 1-5 is very original and amazing. Alot of people hates the rest of the seasons just because season 5 should've been the last season. But i think every season was amazing. I absolutely enjoyed and loved every season, episode, character and story. That is how a show should be like. The Walking Dead, Game of Thrones and Supernatural are my favorite series!

It was great seeing Bobby's roots, his heartwarming moments with Sam and Dean harmlessly bickering, the abuse he faced his parents, as well as the acknowledgment that John was an incredibly shitty dad. It was wonderful.
