We are actually classified as a Type 0 civilization, I think if you want to be technical we’re like a .6 or .7 so we are getting closer to type 1 but definitely not there yet. A type 1 makes efficient use of all e energy provided by the host star. Where as we are just in the infancy of efficient solar power but we’re still stuck on an ancient failing power grid that needs a major overhaul.

Technically the universe is completely silent, sound is unique to only our planet because of earth’s atmosphere having just the right kind of conditions for sound waves to travel through it. The largest star can blow up and someone next to it would never hear a thing, it would be completely quiet to us.

And these aren’t the literal sounds of the universe but retransmitted frequency’s that basically are just an interpretation of measurements. Think, you don’t hear the music from radio stations or TV broadcast’s without tapping into those frequencies with a receiver yourself. Otherwise you’d just constantly hear every radio station and channel all the time and all at once everywhere on earth. And it would be especially deafening if you were too close to a radio station, but instead we don’t hear it at all on our own as natural sound.

I was going to college at SFASU in Nacogdoches, TX when the Columbia shuttle explosion occurred in 2003. The explosion was so intense that my friends and I heard it and simultaneously FELT our two-story townhouse shake well before we found out what had actually happened. What I fail to understand is that the scientists keep converting these signal to sounds. Considering most species of life would have some sort of optical system, but not necessarily sonic, woudn't light (colour spectrum) be a more appropritate medium? There are many species on earth that have no means of making sound (fish for example) but they can still see. Many actually use colours to communicate, such as cuttlefish and colours are basically just different light frequencies. Convert the signal to light, including the spectrum that isn't visible to us and see if there is a pattern that could be interpreted as communication. Also, check the frequency differences, is there a pattern in the differnces in frequency, not just the frequencies themselves?

I don't think that there are any other "physical" extraterritorial life forms in the universe. But the physical reality in which humans exist makes up only 4.8% of all existence. That is a very very small portion. I also believe that the "Spiritual Realm", the "Astral Realm" and the "Quantum Realm" are all referencing the same plane of existence. Aside from the few rare individuals who can "Astral Project" or those who have had "Out of Body" experiences, this "Realm" is in basically every way, beyond all human comprehension. It is in this other dimension, the 95.2% of reality which is incomprehensible to even the sharpest of human minds, that there is unquestionably, without a doubt, most defiantly life that exists, which, by definition, {originating, existing, or occurring outside the earth or its atmosphere} could be seen as "Extraterritorial Beings". P.S. According to Nicola Tesla, and I completely agree with this, a "Dimension" is not a Place or Destination we can physically travel to, but rather a different range of electronic frequency.

Think about it this way if the tiniest fraction of the 3 to 4 hundred billion stars in the Milky Way galaxy have earth like planets in their respective habitable zone like our own planet, it would be terribly close minded and ignorant for us as a species to think we’re the only “physical” sentient life forms in this galaxy alone, and that’s not counting the other hundreds of billions of galaxies in the universe that are close to if not the same size or bigger as our own. Given the size of those numbers I would in no way be surprised to find out there are dozens if not hundreds of planets with human life forms virtually indistinguishable in composition and intelligence to our own people and in various stages of cultural development!

Great content! Except, some of that sounded like electromagnetic interference.
