whether International driving license we get from UAE will be helpful ?

If you have UAE driving experience and obtain an International Driving permit from the UAE, it will be easier to drive in Canada as the rules and driving style remains similar. Also, you can drive up to 60 days with this permit in Canada and eventually try to obtain a G license. Do remember to carry your DL extract before you reach Canada as it will help save 2 years waiting and give a chance to apply for G license directly.
