i wondering that how can you use drone there? as a local, i can not do it without getting a license to use a drone

Try contacting Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam (CAAV) for updated guidelines caa.gov.vn/. But generally, you need a permit to be able to fly a drone in Vietnam. Thanks for watching, hope that information helps.

Hue can be fairly busy in certain locations. But is considered pretty dead in comparison to busier cities such as Saigon Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, or even Da Nang.
